Exhibition view from the solo show “The best night goggles ever”. In the picture the three channel video installation “Priscilla or Phantom ballistics”, and two elements from the “IFIHADAHIFI (tweaking)” series. In the nocturnal, machinic environment of the show, the elementary functionings of pulsation, rotation and signaling constitute the primary vocabulary of an enclosed system. Drawing from Italo Calvino’s reflections on positionality in relation to other bodies, notions of gravity, motion and object-subject interactions become essential in the logic of the exhibition.
